Capacity Development Program
Strengthening Individual Skills and Organizational Growth
In a rapidly evolving global environment, the ability to build, adapt and enhance capacities to lead in science, technology, and innovation (STI) is critical. Our program enables:
- Strengthened research and innovation capabilities
- Cross-cultural collaboration and continuous knowledge exchange
- Increased access to funding and international partnerships
- Long-term contributions to the SDGs
Capacity Development Program
The Capacity Development Program (CDP) is a conceptual and methodological framework that guides the design and implementation of initiatives across WAITRO’s global network.Structured around a recurring two-year cycle, the CDP provides clear guidelines, including defined parameters, quality standards, and a systematic process to identify and address evolving capacity gaps and needs across member organizations worldwide.
