To ensure that organizations can engage with WAITRO in a way that reflects their role, expertise, and institutional focus, WAITRO offers two membership categories with different access levels and participation opportunities. These membership types are designed to accommodate both research-driven institutions and private-sector innovation actors.

Membership Application Process

Submit Application

Provide your organizational information through the online application form.

Review & Confirmation

The WAITRO Secretariat reviews your application and may contact you for clarification.

Membership Acceptance

Passive Membership becomes effective upon confirmation.
Active Membership becomes effective upon confirmation and payment of the membership fee, where applicable.

Onboarding & Certificate

Active Members receive membership certificate and engagement guidance.
