New Regional Representative from Costa Rica
WAITRO welcomes the new Regional Representative (RR) for Latin America and the Caribbean, Randall Loaiza from the Centro Nacional de Alta Tecnología (National Center for Advanced Technology, CeNAT) in Costa Rica.
Randall Loaiza is the director of CENIBiot, one of the four Laboratories of the CeNAT, and serves on the research ethics committee at the Ministry of Health in Costa Rica.
As a professor of Pharmacology, he also teaches at the University of Costa Rica. He will now join the other representatives on the WAITRO Executive Board for the current term of 2019 – 2021. WAITRO is looking forward to enhancing the associations’ future with the now fully staffed WAITRO Executive Board.
