WAITRO welcomes IWRP, Vietnam
IWRP joins WAITRO as a Full Member
IWRP, Institute of Water Resources Planning, has recently joined WAITRO as a Full Member. IWRP was established in 1961 and is now an affiliate of Vietnam Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
In addition to regular functions of supporting and advising the Government, Ministries and local authorities in water resources development strategy and planning, IWRP has been actively participating in projects and research related to water resources (water, climate and ecosystems), disaster risk reduction and water governance.
IWRP has become the leading agency in Vietnam and is a reliable and competent partner in the field of water resources planning and integrated water resources management.
