Dirk Saseta Becomes Representative for Europe
Dirk Saseta Krieg from LEITAT, Spain, will fill the vacant position of Regional Representative for Europe on the WAITRO Executive Board. Dirk has been working as at LEITAT for more than 11 years and is currently serving on the Executive Board of LEITAT as the General Manager of Promotion and Management.
Additionally, he is LEITAT’s acting representative in the European Association of RTOs (EARTO). With more than 14 years of experience in working in public and private RTOs, both in Europe and the USA as project manager, Dirk uses his diverse experience to promote and strengthen WAITRO in his region and beyond. He will now serve as one of the six Regional Representatives for the current term of the Executive Board 2019 – 2020. All Board members meet with the Representatives of the Secretariat two times a year to discuss and decide on the association’s future. The position of Regional Representative for Latin America and the Caribbean remains vacant but the Secretariat is currently working to identify a suitable candidate.
