• Compare and contrast the WAITRO Benchmarking Platform with other benchmarking activities, gather best practices to incorporate into the WAITRO system and discover collaboration opportunities.
• Share and discuss insights learned from 3 processes that were part of the WAITRO Online Benchmarking Platform during 2023.
• Develop a path forward for future WAITRO activities using the online platform.
