The Royal Scientific Society (RSS-Jordan) was honoured to lead with Fraunhofer on a working group focusing on SDG6 Clean Water and Sanitation during WAITRO Summit 2022.

This year, it is pleased to have RSS lead this working group again during WAITRO Summit 2024. To plan for the session ahead, RSS will organize a webinar on June 3rd, calling for interested researchers, technical experts, policymakers and WAITRO members to share their ideas on both achieving SDG6 and as a WAITRO global innovation family.

Webinar Overview

The main objective of the webinar is to facilitate dialogue and collaboration particularly among WAITRO members to identify actionable steps for addressing SDG6 i.e. ensuring availability and sustainable management of water and sanitation for all.

The webinar is designed for policy makers, academic, water experts, community members and all stakeholders to exchange ideas and share lessons towards achieving SDG6. The webinar will help bridge the gap between global solutions and local implementations and will highlight groundbreaking technologies and sustainable practices that are making a significant impact on water and sanitation management.
