Ms. Ran Duan holds a Master’s degree in City and Regional Planning from The Ohio State University. Currently she serves as the Director of the Secretariat Office of WAITRO, where she contribute to international engagement, strategic coordination, and global partnership development. In this capacity, she is dedicate to facilitating cross-border collaboration among research institutions, organizing international conferences, and advancing innovation-driven global initiatives. She is also working as Business Manager at Jiangsu Industrial Technology Research Institute (JITRI), where she was responsible for managing international partnerships, coordinating research collaborations, and promoting the localization of overseas technologies and talents in China.
