About the Event
As part of the preparation process for the WAITRO Summit 2026, WAITRO Operations and the Secretariat host a series of interactive info sessions for the global WAITRO network.
Open to all interested participants and members, these online sessions provide an opportunity to learn more about the Summit, related initiatives, and upcoming opportunities for involvement. Scheduled across different time zones, the sessions are designed to ensure broad accessibility and flexible participation for WAITRO members and international stakeholders.
Participants will have the opportunity to connect directly with representatives from the WAITRO Secretariat and Operations, ask questions, share feedback, and engage in discussions on the Summit’s thematic priorities and collaborative activities.
The sessions will focus on:
- Updates on the WAITRO Summit 2026 and related initiatives
- Current and upcoming opportunities for WAITRO members
- Information on logistical matters and preparatory steps
- Interactive exchange, questions and feedback
The WAITRO Summit 2026 will bring together research and technology organizations, industry leaders, policymakers, and innovators to co-create implementation-ready solutions for climate action and sustainable development. With a strong focus on collaboration, co-creation, scaling, and impact, the Summit aims to accelerate the transition from ambition to implementation through strategic partnerships and cooperation worldwide.
