The WAITRO network is filled with researchers who have brilliant ideas that tackle global challenges. The problem usually isn’t the ingenuity, but the funding. To receive funding, every idea needs attention, but attention is a rare commodity.

How can researchers raise funders and investors’ interest? How can a project consortium convince funding agencies that their idea is worth winning a grant?

Participate in the next WAITRO online workshop on “Pitch training: How to sell ideas”.

Join Dirk Lehmann, a professional successful pitch coach and innovation consultant with 10 years of experience in an interactive online training. Enhance your rhetorical skills and get the chance to prepare and present a 90 second pitch at the end of the session and get direct feedback from our coach, Dirk Lehmann.

To get the most out of this interactive workshop, you have the option to bring a topic, a project, or a product that you want to pitch to an audience. There is no need to prepare anything upfront. During the workshop, you’ll have time to directly apply all learnings to your own new pitch and develop it from scratch.

The workshop is open for all researchers and staff working at WAITRO member organizations and free of charge.

The same workshop will be held twice on November 4th to enable all WAITRO members to participate.
