About the Event
This Crowdhelix session focuses on strategic consortium building for the 2027 Horizon Europe calls. Rather than starting with partner search, the session addresses how to design a competitive consortium first: defining partner roles, balancing expertise, geography and TRLs, avoiding common consortium-building mistakes, and understanding what makes a partnership credible to evaluators. Participants will also be introduced to the Crowdhelix matchmaking toolkit and can use the session as preparation for the upcoming Cluster 5 and Cluster 4 matchmaking events.

The event is particularly relevant to WAITRO’s ambition to strengthen international project collaboration and consortium building among its members.
